Maybe the most important piece of equipment on the ice, Bauer's primary goal is for its helmets to protect the players. Bauer employs decades of experience with manufacturing hockey equipment to produce helmets that offer superior protection, while providing comfort, allowing unhindered play and better performance.

[Interior]

The interior of the 7500 is lined with Bauer's triple-density foam for protection from impact. EPP (expanded polypropylene) and Poron inserts manage the hits, while a top layer of slow memory foam curves around the top of the head. This helmet utilizes Microban antimicrobial protection, inhibiting odor and stain-causing bacteria, and preventing mold and mildew.

Bauer's tool-free adjustment system allows the player quick and easy adjustment for the best fit possible. Extensive ventilation ports along the front, brow, and sides of the helmet provide excellent air flow to keep the player's head cool and dry.

[Cage]

Made of a high-impact carbon steel, this mask provides lightweight protection on the ice. Bauer designed the cage for increased coverage while allowing for a good field of vision. This mask is fitted with the company's floating chin cup and a Thermo Max antimicrobial lining with moisture channels, guiding sweat and water off of the chin.
